We are looking for a Bi-Lingual hard-working person with great customer service skills to start training right away. The client relations specialist will execute our Red-Carpet motto to our clients. Some job responsibilities will be answering phones, scheduling appointments. Being able to multitask and work with a team is a must.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:
- Serves patients by greeting them as they come into the office
- Scheduling appointments, canceling, and rescheduling
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional caring manner
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent in organizational and detail-oriented
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Answering telephone, email, and text inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation to accurately input patient information.
- Has a drive to sale product that you will love
- Willing to working occasional Saturdays
- Looking for Spanish Speaking
- Shift 9:00am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday) (Occasional Saturdays)
Location: Cottonwood Heights
Hours: Part-Time 30-40 hours per week
